Program Structure
The Three Phases of Ascent
Ascent follows a focused three-phase progression:

Preparation
You will begin with psychoeducation from Pinnacle CEO Justin Townsend, followed by two private executive coaching sessions to clarify your leadership goals and establish your baseline through a 360 and psychometric profile.
02
Immersion
Attend a 7-day psilocybin retreat hosted by MycoMeditations, the world’s leading therapeutic psilocybin retreat. You’ll participate in three guided sessions and receive on-site support from trained facilitators and licensed therapists.
03
Integration
Post-retreat, your coach will guide you through four 90-minute integration sessions to translate insights into sustained leadership behavior. Your baseline measures are repeated to assess growth and results.
