These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “you”) and Pinnacle, MycoMeditations, JamTravel Enterprises, Inc., Accelerated Performance Consulting, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Affiliated Companies,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).By accessing our websites, submitting an application, making a payment, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.   1. Scope of Services
    • 1.1 Pinnacle and the Affiliated Companies offer leadership development programs combining executive coaching, online learning, proprietary assessments, and psilocybin-enhanced retreats.
    • 1.2 Services are designed for professional growth and personal development. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or clinical healthcare services.
    • 1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or program at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including changes to program structure, facilitators, venues, or schedules.
  2. Eligibility & Applications
    • 2.1 Participation requires that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

    • 2.3 Acceptance into any program is at the sole discretion of Pinnacle and the Affiliated Companies. We reserve the right to deny applications or remove participants where participation may pose health, safety, or reputational risks.

  3. Participant Responsibilities

  5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
